Concrete Drivers: Set Good Example
Take the Initiative and Endurance
For the third year, Smokey Point Concrete and Skagit Readymix recognized drivers within their company on May 30, 2007 for taking the initiative and endurance by receiving their NRMCA’s Concrete Delivery Professional (CDP) certification. The CDP program is designed to hold drivers to the highest level of professionalism by knowing the product, company, customer relations, environmental issues, safety, vehicle maintenance and operations. President Mark Crawford said, “SPC and SRM appreciate the state troopers and weigh scale officers in assisting with this program. Crawford continued with his appreciation for Bruce Chattin- with Washington Aggregate and Concrete Association – Executive Director and his assistance with making the CDP program successful.” Smokey Point Concrete and Skagit Readymix continues to educate their entire team and encourage safety on the job.
Graduates in this 3rd certification class include: Jonathan Barber, Dan Finsen, Chris McFarland, Leon Holcomb, Mark Goetsch, Mike Bohn, Bill Simpson, Robert Smith, Derek Mansur, Tedd Riggan, Steve Auckland, Bobby Swain, and Hayden Blackwood.

Our new website
Welcome to the freshly designed website for Smokey Point Concrete in Arlington and Skagit Readymix in Sedro Woolley, Washington. We've worked hard at improving our website to give contractors and homeowners helpful information on all of our products, product enhancements, training and safety. Please bear with us over the new few weeks as we make some final adjustments. We welcome your feedback.
We've also developed a customer service area where customers can pay bills online, apply for credit, find useful tips, order tools, and view our merchandise.

Smokey Point Concrete, Inc, together with our Skagit Readymix division are suppliers of: Ready-mixed Concrete, Aggregates, Insulated Concrete Forms, Redi-Rock and supplies. SPC/SRM also offers a complete line of decorative products.

Our Skagit Readymix division is Skagit County's only locally owned and operated concrete company, purchased by Smokey Point Concrete in 1998.
